Here is how the call works:

  1. It is an online call to help you overcome your eating struggles and sustain healthier eating.
  2. On the calendar, just choose your preferred date and time and click on BOOK NOW
  3. Then enter your details, answer 3 questions, and click COMPLETE BOOKING.
  4. Once you are booked in, you will receive a confirmation and reminder email.
  5. In the call, we have time to talk about your biggest challenge, so I can provide you with a personalised tip that you can get started with right away.

The call is about understanding your personal eating situation and getting you started with one tip to experience the Eating for You approach and taste success.
