Here is how the call works:

  1. It is an online call to help you overcome your eating struggles and sustain healthier eating.
  2. On the calendar, just choose your preferred date and time and click on BOOK NOW.
  3. Then enter your details, answer 3 questions, and click COMPLETE BOOKING.
  4. Once you are booked in, you will receive a confirmation and reminder email.

In the call, we have time to talk about your biggest challenge, so I can map out a personalised strategy for you.

If you love the plan and want my support, then we can discuss that too.

If I am not the right person to help you, then I will do my best to refer you to someone who can.

The call is about understanding your personal eating situation and seeing whether Eating for You is a good fit for you.
