Here is how the call works:
- It is an online call to help you overcome your eating struggles and sustain healthier eating.
- On the calendar, just choose your preferred date and time and click on BOOK NOW.
- Then enter your details, answer 3 questions, and click COMPLETE BOOKING.
- Once you are booked in, you will receive a confirmation and reminder email.
In the call, we have time to talk about your biggest challenge, so I can map out a personalised strategy for you.
